CRES #20 Site 11 - These fields north of Virgil Middle school that have been owned by LAUSD for the past 21 years are currently parking lots. They could be better utilized and bring much needed  green space to an area that was formerly an industrial area. The small businesses can be relocated, and most importantly, choosing this site WILL NOT DESTROY ANY HOUSING. There is the Central City Value Charter School, and artist lofts on the adjacent block. Developing Site #11 would add to the revitalization of our historic neighborhood, home of the former Bimini Baths.
